For me, life is about exploration, learning and growth. About the adventure and experience of the journey. A playful discovery that’s driven by curiosity and a commitment to development and service.

I believe that we are naturally equipped with a clear internal compass and the natural capacity to create the success we want.

With my coaching, I want to honor my client’s inner compass and their own road to fulfillment. Therefore, Instead of training or consulting, I serve my clients by listening, asking deep questions and challenging their perspectives.

As an airline captain, entrepreneur and trained coach, I have experience in leadership in complex and dynamic environments that not only require strategy, procedure and creativity, but also heart and soul.

Therefore, I recognise some of the challenges that leaders, starters and dreamers face on their journey. I also know the synergetic power of Coaching, both as Coach and Coachee, which frees up a renewed sense of ease, balance and focus. In life and work.
